Position: Digital Sheet Fed Print Shop Operator

 

Responsibilities:

As a Digital Sheet Fed Print Shop Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating a variety of printing machines, including digital production printers, paper folders, booklet makers, paper cutters, and digital die cutters.

• Setting up and calibrating machines according to job specifications to ensure high-quality prints and finished products.

• Monitoring machine performance, making adjustments as necessary, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during production.

• Collaborating with the production team to meet project deadlines and maintain efficient workflow.

• Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal functioning.

• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Learning and adapting to new printing technologies and techniques as the industry evolves.

 

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the printing industry is a plus, but we are also open to training candidates who are eager to learn and excel in the field.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to address equipment issues effectively.

• Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
